i wanna make new system if someone make 5 post on my forum show 0.1 points on he's profile

You could try enabling the badge system and see if that is similar to what you're wanting to do. You can find the menu for the badge system by navigating to Admin > Badge Awards (under the Configuration category) > Enable Badge Awards > check the checkbox.

If that isn't what you're looking for, you could modify your post-based membergroups which you can find by navigating to Admin > Membergroups (under the Members category).
