On my forum, http://www.demigodlair.com, many users are popping up with the same IP, and every time I ban a user for inappropriate posts, a new account is created. He also has been e-mailing my users with this message: You have just been sent a personal message by ModerAdmin on Demigod Lair - Rick Riordan Fan Site.

The message they sent you was:

Hello. I would like to request a mod for SMF V2. Here's the mod: A tab called Staff List in which users can click on and see everyone who has moderation or administrative abilities. It shows their username, membergroup color, and avatar.

Hello. I was recently considering getting a domain name for my forum, http://www.rickriordan.smfnew.com . My question is, if I did get one, could you go to either my .com name or .smfnew.com name to access my forum? This would be some members who come on rarely, but still do come on my site... but they wouldn't know my site name had changed....so....yea.

Hi. This problem has been bugging me for a while, but I though it would go away by now...but it hasn't. Sometimes when I log into my forums, http://www.rickriordan.smfnew.com and http://www.maximumride.smfnew.com I get this error message: You will have to wait about 5 seconds to login again, sorry. I wait 5 seconds...try logging in again...and still get the same error report. This happens on Firefox 3.0 ONLY. When I log into my forum with IE7, I NEVER get this error report. Sometimes on Firefox, it lets me in, other times (and most of the time), it gives me that error report above. Any help?

Okay....I have A lot of new requests. 1. My first request is that I could upload my own pictures for ranks and membergroups, instead of every time having to go and request it in a forum topic. Not that this isn't bad, but sometimes Matt or Alex isn't on to upload my new pics. 2. My second request is that there is a way to make a certain member be able to see a hidden board without having to assign them a certain membergroup. 3. My third request is to have a warning system. Ex: Johnny acts up, so I give him a 30% warning level. If you don't understand this one, please check out this topic. 4. My final request is to have a legend at the bottom, just as there is one on PHPBBNEW. Thanks!

Hi. I have a member who is obsessed with the arcade, but when he tries to go on the arcade, it says there are no games available. I checked my games, and it said I had 25 installed successfully. When I go on my account, or my brother's account, it shows the games in the arcade. I made sure his membergroup allows him to see the arcade - and it DOES. He is the only one with this problem. Not even his brother on the same IP address has the problem. He can also view it as a guest. My website name is http://www.rickriordan.smfnew.com , and his username is PoppySeed. Any reason why it's doing this?

Hi. Recently, it has bothered me that when I make a member a certain membergroup, that it also doesn't show their stars for their post level. It would be nice if it could show both their picture and their stars for their posts. Below is an example of what I mean:

Hi. I have a forum using SMFNEW called http://www.rickriordan.smfnew.comEvery time I go to the website, it comes up with a blank white screen. I have tried to open it on IE7, Mozilla Firefox, and on Safari on my iPod Touch. On ALL of them, it comes up with a blank, white screen. Do any of you know the problem, and how to fix it? Please keep in mind, there is NO way to access my site...it comes up white!
