Downtime Explained
« on: February 15, 2008, 11:04:05 am »
Hey guys,

Sorry about the downtime, I know it has pissed matt right off as well as I am sure yourselves. Let my start by saying this was not the fault of phpbbnew or its network. Unfortunately it was my birthday, which meant I was not online and my tech did not know enough of the error.

Explanation

There was an error with the server config files which runs the show, the files became corrupt as a result of the hard reboot. We have now ironed out the errors and this will not be happening again. With the help and support from lxlabs and their tech group you should not experience any more downtime. We have also added an extra 2GB of ram for you guys to share in swap form.

Thanks guys,

Alex - MyPaidNetwork
