If you are unable to upload avatars please post bellow your forum and I will fix it for you,

There are only a few forums with this issue.

Like Alex and I have both stated, Alex has been extremely busy recently because he has to pop between several different companies AND SMFNew, just to keep SMFNew funded.

It's probably just our backup system. It makes daily backups of every free forum and can sometimes take a bit of performance away from the free forums. However, it's all worth it in the end! :)
