Hello all!! I have actually had my forum made quite some time but just now getting back to it lol. First off i have 2 questions. How do i go about removing the smf from my web address its confusing the heck out of people or if i can remove it and how do i add a chatbox to my forum for people? Any help would be highly appreciated as i am new at this and these are 2 most things i stress about the most cause of the confusion

You can park a custom domain under Admin -> Domain Manager in your forum.
