Guys how can i change the color of the membergroups when someone is posting something.For example in my forum when im posting my color is orange i want to be  Red. How can i change this

Do you mean you want your display name to show up a certain color, or the membergroup listing in the post? For example, if we were doing a similar thing on this forum, would you want "hUskarrr" to show up red, or would you want "Member" to show up in red?

Sorry if that's not clear enough, it's kind of hard to word that question.

There's no built-in feature to do what you're asking for, sorry. You can do it using the headers/footers feature but you have to be careful to not play with the code too much or you might accidentally render your forum unaccessible. Even though it's for a different service, this tutorial might be of some use to you.
