In phpBB can you edit the forum FAQ?

Or can you do it on phpBB2?

Either way I would like to edit my forums FAQ.

I know that in phpBB 2 You can't but I am not sure about phpBB3

I have went through everything on phpBB3 and I can't see the feature to edit the FAQ. Sorry. But there may be if Matt Adds it :)
