Themes will only be installed to everyone. If alot of people support this, then there's change to get it on SMFnew.

I don't personally need this to get uploaded, because I'm using pro hosting, but that theme looks cool and I think people should have opinion to use it. Support.

It's sort of plain, don't you think? I mean, it looks cool, but I think the author should have added a bit more colour. Of course, I do like the glossy look, so support. :)
