Favicon and Domains Approval

It seems like am disturbing you so much but I can't wait to die in silence.

1. Please, how can I upload and also starting site icon known as Favicon in my forum?

2. Unfortunately for me my private domains are rejected, but I have resolved the problems of nameserver. So please I need the admin's quick approval in order for me to start introducing my friends to the forum. The private domains are;
xbrainsforum.tk
xbrainslodge.tk
gurusjunction.tk
And my forum url is xbrainsforum.smffy.com.

Please the second question is most important to me.
