First of all I'd like to thank the support team for helping me out with my forum.

However, I posted something about needing help about 3 days ago, and I still haven't got a reply. I posted on it to say I wanted a reply fast but still none of the support team have helped. The support team have been active though because they've been posting on other topics.

If you go to the official SMF website and ask for support (Who have 268,706 Members to this message) you could be waiting weeks for a reply with constant 24 hour bumps. Our support is amazing here compared to most places so if we miss 1 support topic then please don't feel mistreated!
