Support / [SMF 1x] Ftp details

Trax says I should have gotten some sort of ftp details or something when I bought Pro Hosting.
I didn't even get an email telling me it was done, I just went to my forum, the themes and stuff had been reset, and the admin panel changed... (Giving me more access)

Also, I'd like to ask why a lot of things sort of disappeared...
I can't upload any images anymore for like crown images or something...
I don't have simpleportal anymore to make a portal...
No blocks, no nothing... Just kinda wondering why I lost that... Would make it easier if they were still there, even if you could do it another way with the access to themes and such.

Just got Pro Hosting, and already have a few questions. So, (with the admins permission of course) I would like to make a "question thread" that I can just update when I have a new question/don't understand something.

My questions are:

1. One of the main reasons I even got Pro Hosting was to be able to change the bar where it has like "Home" "Profile" "Admin" etc.
Now I can't figure out how to do that lol Can someone please tell me?


2. Is there anyway that I can change it so that instead of just saying "Owner" under my name, I actually have like a cool PiP (Sort of a picture bar) underneath it? and if I'm in more then one membergroup, it has more then one bar?


I think that's about it for now lol
Please answer any that you can if you know them :s

Looking to buy Pro Hosting for my forum.
Can I buy it using the payment site "Onebip"
It allows me to pay using my phone rather then using a credit card or Paypal or something along those lines.

I'm making a forum for something that I'm sure most of you would know as an "RSPS"
I'm wondering how to make it so that if someone is in a certain group, it will show a crown or donator $ sign beside their names when they post, and make their names a certain colour?

I have both SMF 1, and SMF RC 4.

How do I do that? I added it into the Membergroups name... But, it only makes it do this:

How do I make it not say "*crown* Administrators" under the name, but just the crown, then their name?
If that makes sense?

I'm wondering how to make it so that if someone is in a certain group, it will show a crown or donator $ sign beside their names when they post, and make their names a certain colour?

I changed the name of the membergroup, but it just shows up below their names like this:


How do I make it their actual name, and take out that crown and "Administrator" thing under their name?
If that makes sense :S
