You receive a separate password to login to your control panel.
This password is not the same as your login to your forums.
You get this email when you sign up for your forums. Hope I've provided some help to you.

You get the error but the request still goes through.
Not exactly sure why, but if you check your email it will confirm the request went through

Should be from the avatar files not being chmodded. Unfortunately for us there is nothing we can directly do until wait until they give us a response. ;/ Hopefully they can fix it for us! Haven't let me down so far

So they said it wasn't working so I went ahead and tried it myself..  I heard of a few other people getting this too. I believe it's because the upload directory was not chmodded. Or so it appears.

Also have you added any Meta Keywords?

Actually the password for the control panel isn't his password. It's a separate password that you get in an automated email. (The owner of the forum) And no, you would have to upload it from your directory, so unless the support team can help you further I think you are out of luck. Sorry

Hey! Thought I would help you out if Nick hasn't already solved your question! First you need to go to  Then click "Modify" on the usergroup you wish to change the image. Then, you just need to use this part "28/e9d2d8dcad.png" So it would look like  Then just save it and you should be good to go! Any more questions feel free to PM me!

If we have a domain we already registered, and we point the name servers, will it be changed?
Last time I requested a domain change for my forums the request went un-noticed, even though my name servers were:
ns1.smfnew.com
ns2.smfnew.com
If I try it again, and post here, would it be changed?
Or do the forums need to have the domain separately registered from you guys?
