Whenever I open my forum, at the bottom of the home page, I see the following error :
MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
2006 - MySQL server has gone away
Query:
UPDATE xtremeitzone_mybb_users SET lastvisit='1279419739', lastactive='1279420842' WHERE uid='1'
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

The problem is, on the mybb plaza i cannot access the Module Option thing.I had created a thread about disabling staffs from having negative money and Matt here told to do something on that Module Options page but the page doesn't simply show up. When I click on that option, it just redirects me to the Module Page. Is it restricted for everyone or its just happening to me?
And the other thing is I cannot enable the "Attachment Fees" feature in the Mybb Plaza. It says :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method datacache::updateusergroups() in /secondary/mybbnew/public_html/inc/plugins/myplaza/attachfee.php on line 167
What is going on? Can someone help me?

Go to Portal Settings on Board setting. See at last. There should be two new options.
On Sidebox Position Option, choose where you would like the sidebox to appear. (Left or right)
And on the Display Pages option, choose on which pages would like it to appear.
Most probably, on the display pages option, the "None" thing is selected so you are not able to see it. Change it. Good Luck.
no i didnt mean that i kno that already, but there is a plugin named "side bars" and it says "it will alow you to create side bars" and i cant find the contol pannel to add them..
I didn't get what you are saying. Okay, Go To Plugin and See for a Plugin Named "My Side Boxes" click on activate. Now, it will get activated. Then Follow the steps above to show it on your forum.

Well, sometimes, it goes to SPAM and sometimes it goes to INBOX. I don't get it. But, I guess the problem is more or less solved itself. Thank you!

Change -1 to 0.
And that was one of the issue I was going to ask you. I can't open that page at all. It just redirects me to the Module page. I have been trying to do it but whenever I click on the "Module Options", it just gets me to the "View Modules" thing.

Go to the Administration Pannel > User's & Groups > Permissions > Set the permissions.
"Set the Permission" I will tell you once more, I couldn't find suitable option to stop the negatives in that section. Mind telling me where I made a mistake?
