guys if i add some block on the top,left or down ir works pefectly but when i add block to right side it does not work???? why please help me here you can se a screen shot

now i have separated home from forums so i have to diffrend tabs but only we admins can se it why???? othe rmembers se home and forums in one tab


so this here is how it looks on my screen

so plz how can i make all the other members see it like me?
