Since i have created Wallpapers for my forum/clan, and they are pretty big and since i use HTML picture codes as preview so it doesn't fill the hole screen i need someway to do so people can get the full picture, that's why i am asking if I'm allowed to place a download link for the picture or a link to the html page so they can see and save the full picture so they can use it as a desktop background.

Also, what means "Tampering"?

That should be fine if they are not forced to download the image.

We mean, you can not sabotage our advertisements or redirect users to different sites without them intentionally choosing to go to a difference website.
