[SMFNEW] Question about the inactive forums!

Alright, so I've been reading a lot that our forums can be deleted. But I'm confused!!
Do our forums get deleted IF:

Inactive for 85 days... or not more than 50 post's in 85 days?

Please give me more information about this because i truly don't want my forum to be deleted as I have been using 9 hours straight today to just prepare it a  bit.

It can't be deleted unless it's under 5 posts in 85 days.
