what will happen to the deep web? sites that are not index by any search engine and require a tor client and modifcations to your computer to get to them..... they are .onion sites, and they are full of hackers and discusting content... and the adress are something like "sdgsuf49fsf.onion"

heres some info -

What are the Levels?

There are, supposedly, 5 levels of the deep web (not counting Level 0). According to an anon, however, three more levels exist after the 5th one. This is yet to be proven, but all eight levels will be listed and described whatsoever.

The levels are supposed to be more and more difficult to access following their number; for example, only a simple proxy is needed to access Level 2, but complex hardware is apparently needed to access parts of Level 4, and all the following levels.

The information contained in the deep web is likely to change following the levels: government secrets are contained in Level 5, while CP and snuff can be found in Levels 2, 3 and 4.

The Levels

(Here will be listed the Levels as they are represented in the most famous of the DeepWeb images. Other representations exist, however.)

Level 0 - Common Web

This level is the one you browse everyday: YouTube, Facebook, Wikipedia and other famous or easily accessible websites can be found here.

Level 1 - Surface Web

This level is still accessible through normal means, but contains "darker" websites, such as 4chan or my****.

Level 2 - Bergie Web

This level is the last one normally accessible: all levels that follow this one have to be accessed with a proxy, Tor or by modifyig your hardware. In this level you can find some "underground" but still indexed websites, such as 4chan or my****.

Levels 3&4 - Charter Web (This is where the "Deep Web" truly begins)

This level is also divided in two parts. The first can be accessed through Tor. Things such as drug and human traficking, banned movies and books and black markets exist there. The second part can be accessed through a hardware modification: a "Closed Shell System". Here, **** becomes serious. This part of the Charter Web contains hardcore CP, experimental hardware information ("Gadolinium Gallium Garnet Quantum Electronic Processors"...), but also darker information, such as the "Law of 13", World War 2 experiments, and even the location of Atlantis. The further you go into Charter Web, be weary of unmarked surveillance vehicles in your area of residence. This level of the internet also holds the exact date of the velosirapture.

Closed Shell Systems require a strong knowledge of science and physics in order to achieve..

Level 5 - Marianas Web

You'll be lucky to find anyone who knows about it. In order to access here you will need knowledge of quantum computing and some serious moolah. Level 5 can be summarized as a transition layer between the 'deep' web and the legit DEEP WEB. You're about to attract attention you don't want when you get to this point. Within Level 5, it is speculated that there are three more levels within it.

Level 6 - The **** people want is here: documents and videos relating to the government. No one can reach it yet and people shouldn't try. It's the **** people think they've found in levels 2-4 but really haven't. Its heavily encrypted and nearly impossible to break.

Level 7 - People vying for control over Level 8. Billions of dollars are traded and dealt with. The big players are here.

Level 8 - It is speculated that this is where a supercomputer lies that sends out signals that control the entire web: surface and invisible/deep. People want it and no one can get it. People get killed over this computer. It basically controls all technology, but then again this is all unproven speculation gathered through theories. it is also speculated that this is where raptor jesus resided after atained his PHD in quantum pyhsics, this is also where he keeps his vault of human livers and the said vault is protected by swarms of genital eating parasites and furbies.

so i say gl to sopa trying to take controll of that...

SOPA/PIPA aren't active anymore, but its current incarnation (called the Computer and Internet Security Protection Act, or CISPA for short) is still a very significant threat. I'm just glad that a judge placed an injunction against the bad parts of the NDAA 2012 (National Defence Authorisation Act for the Fiscal Year of 2012), such as the indefinite detention of citizens, without trial, for any cause that they deem "terrorist-related". The judge ruled that they can only detain people with legitimate ties to the September 11th attacks.

That's one step in the right direction. If the US government gets rid of CISPA, and stops suggesting stupid laws like that, maybe I wouldn't be against the US so much. :P Oh, that, and I wish they'd get some decent leaders in there. (For the record - I supported Rick Santorum until he dropped out)

But yeah - I can guarantee that if CISPA passes, there's going to be some trouble for the government. I don't endorse Anonymous, but I'll laugh if they did something to the government websites like they did when they took down Megaupload. :P

Well, being that CISPA isn't an organisation but rather a bill, I don't see how that's possible. :P I don't think it will pass anyways. The US government saw how objective the people were to SOPA/PIPA with the global internet blackout day, I doubt they'd want to mess with a force like that again. :P

Well, CISPA allows the government to basically spy on any and everything that is done over the internet - there's nothing really that could hack that, as even some of the strongest tracker blocks can be cracked. The government's resources are very large on that aspect, unfortunately. :-\

But for how long? It would only be a matter of time until the government finds a way around it. :P

SOPA and PIPA are dead - they collapsed after the global blackout day on the internet where millions of sites and people across the internet blacked out for an entire day, or at least posted something to get rid of SOPA/PIPA. But now, there's a new version of it that is still a large threat, called the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, abbreviated to CISPA for short. It's actually worse than SOPA and PIPA, because it allows the government to not only arrest for on sight for copyright violation, but also, I believe it expands on the provisions that the PATRIOT Act gave the government - the ability to spy on the American people by tapping into phone calls, emails (both private and public), any kinds of private messages, access to all private information, etc. It is so vaguely written that the government potentially can take your info and sell it to private companies - and that's why it's even more rejected than SOPA and PIPA. The scary part is that this bill has advanced further in support than SOPA and PIPA ever have. Sure, Obama promised a veto if it made it to his office, but he promised the same thing about the NDAA 2012, right before he secretly signed it into law on New Year's Eve...
