Minimum 10+ Posts before you can advertise on a "Free Promotion Forum" is just asking for a load off one word spammy posts.
Why not reduce the number, just make users introduce themselves and maybe discussions will start flowing naturally?

1. If is part of SMF as addon maybe.
2. You can do in the global header footers/ meta tags
3. Themes can't be installed instead you can create your own styles.
Regarding Two-Step Verification I found this: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=530816.0It will be a feature in SMF 2.1

I have some Suggestions 1.) Two-Step Verification, also known as Two-Factor Verification... Any chance we could get this to Further the Protection of Accounts? 2.) Optimus, it's a SEO Extension which allows you to easily add a Meta Description, Verification Meta Tags and other vital SEO tricks, any chance this could be added or maybe somebody could make one which has Similoar Features? 3.) This is a Theme called ' Epic', can this be Installed? I hope some of these could be added or at-least considered
