We value our users' feedback in everything, so we've put this poll up for our users so you can have a way to express your thoughts on SMFNew. This way, we'll have a way to gather feedback and possibly make any changes that we can, and you'll have a way of getting your thoughts to us. So if you have questions, comments, or concerns about our service, please let us know! The more feedback we receive, the better!

I 100% love the support SMFNew provides, it's just the hosting has started to change within
this last years timeline. It has started to go downhill, and it has led me to be worried day in/day out
that my forum may be offline once again. Never the less, even though SMFNew is having problems
like that, i have still been advertising it to friends/my community saying what advantages SMFNew
provides then other host. :)
I 99.9% know SMFNew is going to fix all it's errors! Even if it doesn't, i'm not going to leave this
awesome community!

It's good to know that you appreciate our efforts! We've just had so many issues with datacentres, to illegal forums, to mass amounts of spambots that it feels almost as if we have no luck at all. :P We are just as frustrated as the rest, possibly moreso, as we have to deal with all of the behind-the-scenes work. That being said, we're just as anxious as the rest to get these issues fixed once-and-for-all. We have some ideas in mind. :)

My mind words thanks ninja :).
I am nor quiting nor leaving at any reason, I know why SMFnew getting problems because its a free community and many of users use it from different pieces of world, So this is really common.
As day-by-day forums are increasing and many of them don't no how to use the forum configs, So they will leave and 1 registering slot went in trash.
