Title: Support Forum Upgraded (Kind of..)

Hello,

I upgraded the support forum tonight to RC4. There are a couple of problems, such as, package manager not installing mods.

I plan on getting SMF to help fix these issues, they were unexpected, therefore, I am forced to use the default theme and be without any modifications.

I like this theme better, and the forum looks ok to me,

Got it fixed, now to tackle upgrade forums.
