Forum Problem

don't know whats wrong with my forum ..  in this theme i can't access to Forum Administrator site .. can anyone help me change the theme ?

It looks as though your forum is displaying in the mobile theme by default rather than standard theme. This should be a relatively simple fix.

You can access the admin center via the triple bars in the top right-hand corner. Once you get to the admin center, look for "Layout Settings". On that page, there should be a drop-down box that says "Overall forum default:". Set that to "Default Theme - Core", hit "Save", and you should be good to go.

there is no option to access the ADMIN Control panel  ... forum theme was automatically  changed

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize you had already tried using the triple bar menu. Glad we were able to get things sorted out for you though.
