Last nights downtime (07/01/2012)
« on: January 07, 2012, 04:09:01 am »

Hey guys,

Sorry about the downtime yesterday, it was our whole datacenter and not SMFNew here was their message 'network issue causing packet loss and increased latency'. They are releasing a full report on Monday which we will forward to you.

This is not in connection with the lag. I believe I have fixed the lag, you may see it occasionally if we are doing the backups and then see an increase in traffic. This should now be much lesser but please let me know if it is still affecting your forum badly.

Again we are sorry, however, were powerless to the issue. We are still awaiting the full report.

Thanks,

Alex
