Forum Errors pop at top of the screen "Warning chmod"

On my forum , i have it for around 10 months or so now, and last thursday , multiple errors appeared at the top of the forum page. I dont know what are these errors and i thought it was normal due to RC4 updating, but after weekend they did not dissapear so i came here to seek help.

these are the errors that appear on top of my screen:

These errors do not let people log out or log in in no way, appear everywhere.
I hope someone can help me, thanks in advance for your patience.

Your forum has not been updated to RC4 yet. SMFNew Admins will need to deal with this.
