• Your forum memebers must be unique (Diffrent IP's)
  
• The posts should be good. (We won't be checking these as much as the members).
  
• Your forum should meet to TOS.

Paypal can be sent to anyone world wide, royal mail is for the UK only. If you get 100 members, 1000 posts thats $6 ect ect...
