I doubt many people log in anymore. It's not too important that people know what's going on. I am sure they've figured it out already since there hasn't been a new post since January 2013. I don't have access because I deleted myself. In hindsight I probably should've stuck the forum in maintenance mode before I deleted myself.

What would cause SMFNew to delete the forum? Inactivity? Because at the current time there are a lot of posts and members so it wouldn't meet the criteria of 5 members and no posts or anything.

Maybe it's not such a big deal that it stays up. But I thought it should be put to rest. Since no one intends to use it.

Oh okay.

Well I guess it'll remain up forever. Because no one that has access to it logs in anymore.

Is it possible to have a forum deleted? It's been inactive for over a year. Mainly because the software support it was made for is no longer needed because the software is EOL. I deleted myself as administrator over at that forum awhile ago. It'd be nice to put it to rest.

What should I do? I don't think it'd meet the criteria for mass deletion of unused forums. Since it does have a lot of posts and members. But I set all boards to read only before I deleted myself.

Hi,

I went to this forum http://ytk.smfnew.com/ today and it says "Account Suspended". Why is the account suspended?

I am an admin on that forum.

I am happy to report everything is working again. No more session errors or trouble logging into the admin cp.

Okay, I figured these issues were caused by the recent outage. I came here thinking maybe there was a solution to my problem. I guess for now I'll wait.

17
The problem is getting worse.

I can't login from the top left hand corner. I have to login here http://www.ytk.smfnew.com/index.php?action=login2

Also I can't access the admin cp. I get the same error "Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again." after it requests my password for the second time which it doesn't usually do before entering the cp.

Same result on Safari, Firefox and IE.

18
I clear my cookies/cache all of the time. I only use Firefox when on my PC. This error even occurs on Safari for iOS.

What's going on?

Upgrade to smf 2.0.2 is only a patch so you will see no changes at all.

We have made no plans to upgrade the network at this time and you will be the first to know when/if we decide to upgrade :)
Oh okay, was just checking really. This can be marked solved.
