You can request ANY Review and a Small Package with the code 'Tornado Discount' and you can only use this code once. All members can use this code and this code doesn't expire but once you have used it, you can't use it again. It also must be used on your FIRST Package/Review.

Minimum 10+ Posts before you can advertise on a "Free Promotion Forum" is just asking for a load off one word spammy posts.

Why not reduce the number, just make users introduce themselves and maybe discussions will start flowing naturally?

The hardest challenge is getting a forum up and active, everyone tries to force it's users into posting and it doesn't work, users who are genuinely interested in what your forum has to offer will stick around. Its all about the content on offer ;)

In my opinion you should keep the rules and restrictions to a minimum (no one likes being told what to do) and as you become more active slowly introduce them but only have rules that are genuinely there to help you and your team out.
