We're running some tests right now, and as soon as we see some results, we'll let everyone know. :)

101.

We have uncovers issue.  What are going to need to do is to delete the account which you created and recreate them.  The only catch is we are longer going to support new SMF1 installs.   You have 2 options at this point.  1) you can recreate a new account with a different subdomain OR 2) you can wait for me to delete the accounts that were created using SMF1 and then recreate them.   Let me know if you have any questions.

Off topic:
Why is it that the forum moderators are counted as staff to answer support question, while Todd K, who is an Administrator isn't counted as a staff member?

Look. When you posted on this topic it then said "Answer Given" though when Todd K, who is an Administrator, posted it didn't say "Answer Given".

Oh, to tell you the truth, the system doesn't detect when staff members respond. It toggles between green and red every time a new post is given. ;)
