Cant upload avatar & shoutbox can't refresh

Following error with default theme's error ( The default theme's directory is wrong, please correct it by clicking this text. )

I found other error like this :

1. Shoutbox won't refresh (refresh button on shoutbox doesn't work)
2. can't upload avatar ( can't upload avatar in support forum too)
3. quote button doesn't work (must right click open in new tab)

I will update if found other error.... Thanks....

VIO, why did you make two topics with the exact same question?

The error is a permission or directory problem server side, i have notified admins about this.

I'm sorry, that was my fault. Probably server bypassing make some problem when posting on a few forum...

I tried to use your forum to replicate these issues... however... your security questions for posting were wasting my time researching the answers for them.

Please remove them or somehow allow me to post without answering them. Until then my staff and myself are unable to help you.

I'm sorry, I've already remove all security questions (I'm using it to prevent spammer)

But, me and our forum member still have problem with shoutbox until now (shoutbox still won't refresh)

Default themes still error too, please...

My forum accessed normally and perfectly if using direct link : http://www.ekstramedia.smfnew.com (no error found like theme's error, shoutbox error, quote error, etc. Everything is very good to me).

But now I can't access my forum with domain url : http://www.ekstramedia.org

Someone please help.....

Btw I've already change nameserver like this

OLD NAMESERVER -> NEW NAMESERVER
ns3.smfnew.com -> ns1.smfnew.com
ns4.smfnew.com -> ns4.smfnew.com

Why do you keep saying this? Both quote, and shoutbox, work fine for me in 3 different browsers on 2 different PCs?? When was the last time you checked it didnt work?

For your domain issue, you should really read, or search, for our announcement on domains. You should read our announcements regularly, we did post this over a week ago. (You didnt read it so now your domain is not working...!) http://www.support.smfnew.com/index.php?topic=6483.0

I'm sorry again, that was absolutely my fault (again)

Actually, my forum originally managed by this friend  http://www.support.smfnew.com/index.php?action=profile;u=3454 (named executor), I'm the owner but I've bad knowledge to managing forum, so I'm ask him to help me managing my forum. Sadly executor has very busy right now until the next month, so I must handle it my self (with bad knowledge about managing forum) and we can see the result of it (hiks)

But, that's my story, and everyone doesn't needed story, I guess I have a debt to the support team, sorry to disturb you all.
