I kinda like it, but it seems to promote the support forum, rather than smfnew.com, the features you get. ie: premium themes, options to use your own domain name, ability to suggest modifications etc..

Not sure if that was the aim though? Nothing personal, just my opinion.

I think my advertisement is better. I posted this like a year and a half ago...
Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9ozOKrVSDI
I was told this advertisement looks more as a tutorial, then it does a add, but i think not.
I think the video displays the abilities smfnew offers.

Not sure why you would think this is a tutorial. :( But, like I said, I plan on making a new one and will try and use the program EM suggested. ;)

Anything that displays smfnews links/abilities/ or suggestion of its use is a add. Therefor my video was a advertisement. ;)

It's Limited edition damn, You can use it for 1 or 2 weeks only, Also if you re-download and install it and tried to start it wont.

That's main problem of Wavepad company.

Nice job. Just out of curiosity I saw on your video that Todd K is admin. I guess I must have missed something as I was absent for a number of months. I thought Alex was admin or are they both?

I thought I'd add that I found the ad a bit quick when transitioning from one slide to the next. Otherwise I really liked it.

Cheers,
Kris

Alex felt the need to move on to new projects including a different company he runs, but when he made the decision to do so, it was during a major server issue for SMFNew. So what he decided to do was get that issue fixed, then leave quietly so our users wouldn't feel like he abandoned them and the server issue. Todd was appointed the new lead admin shortly before he left.

And thus he retired. :P
