Support team feedback
« on: April 13, 2012, 11:07:44 am »
Hi everyone, I hope you're all having a good day today!

I wanted to ask you all if you believe there's anything we can do to improve our support. Should we do something different, stop doing a specific thing, etc? Just let us know what you think of our support team, and if there's something that needs changing, we'll look into it! :)

Should we do something different,

Add the Overground boards,
please.

And switch off the verifications of posting ability.
Not all of the primates

Hi Gri, this is a good thing.

Image verification on posts stops after a certain post count and is in place to protect the forum and its members from being abused.

*Facepalm* Gri, I've gone over this before - I really don't understand your whole "Gri to -whoever-" thing. :P

I don't understand what you mean by "Overground boards", and the verification is to help stop spammers.

However, this thread was for people to give feedback about the support team and the way we're operating - not how the site layout is. ;)

I would personally want you guys to change how the support thread works.
When someone starts a new topic in the support section, it should pop up in red automatically beside there topic ( SUPPORT ).
When the support staff post in the thread it should pop up beside the topic ( Answered ).
When the topic is solved the person that made the thread manually has to click a button at the bottom ( Solved ).
