When people try to register to my forum, after the put the:

Username
Email
Password
Verify Password
and they put the verification code:

This message appears:

Uh Oh, Database Error!

Please try again in a few moments. Click here to try and load that page again, you are seeing this page because either a database error has occurred, we are performing database maintenance or we have a high volume of visitors.

Let us know if this problem persists.
