Please don't use large font sizes in support questions, it's quite annoying.

Just add more membergroups by going to Admin > Membergroups, they should show up there automatically.

I am sorry I used big font but I have already added lots of member groups

there is about 14 member groups counting the non-special how can I add all member groups to it?

I know in smf 2.0 only regular member groups show up there, not post based. But im not too sure on smf 1.1.14.

Make your user group that you want displayed on the key and make sure under the membergroup settings that "Visibility" is set to "Visible".

Then go to:

Admin » Configuration »  Current theme »  Show group key on board index: Ticked.

Should work then.

I think that the visibility is only for the SMF 2.
But i know how you do it.

First you go to admin > Features and Options > Basic Features and than there is something called Membergroup legend display arrangement. Than what you do is: Arrange the display of your membergroups color legend. Enter the group id number and must be separated by comma. No comma after the last number. (i.e. 1,2,8,7,6,5,4)

And thats it. I can help you if you want to. Just tell me.
