Is there any way to delete my forum or to change the link of my forum , i have the free package btw

Change the link no. You can buy a domain and park it at your site though.

Also, if you want to close your forum down, you can enable maintenance mode which makes it only accessible to accounts with admin privileges. It doesn't delete the forum but it does lock it down. To put your forum into maintenance mode, navigate to Admin > Forum Settings and look for the option labeled "Enable Maintenance Mode". Check the checkbox then save. It will lock the forum down so that you can still view it but only admin accounts can do so. Underneath that option, there are some options to customize the message displayed for anyone who tries to visit the forum.
