I would like to give praise to our wonderful staff who care for SMFNew users and provide them as best as they can! Always ready, out Support team is here to help you!

We always appreciate the kind words, thanks. :) Though, I'd like to point out that I'm not really the lead support specialist, my role just sometimes appears as such, just because I've been here the longest in terms of consecutive years. We really all have equal parts in most decision-making: most of the time, decisions are made by a unanimous vote by the support team, so it allows every staff member to know they are able to make a difference. Honestly, that's one of the best parts about our job - being able to make a difference for tens of thousands of people world-wide. :) However, like you said, Trax and myself are like the mentors of the team as we both have been here the longest; though Billy is certainly coming along well and doing an excellent job!

I would just like to say though, we are all members of the forum just like you and every other users is except with a few extra tasks to deal with and like Jake said, we really enjoy helping you all out what ever it may be and however long it may take :D
