I don't know, but are these legal hacks for games? I mean, are they violating any copyright laws or reverse-engineering games? If that's the case, it probably is breaking our ToS. Not sure if it's really illegal or not, so I wouldn't worry.

I merely was considering the fact that the site could be for game "hacks" which could also be considered mods.

What? No, it's too vague to know whether it's game hacks like modding, or game hacks for, IE, online games, to gain unfair advantages.

Game mods are never called hacks in the gaming world. If he is advertising as hacks I would suggest that the admin does a search on his email and IP to see if there are any matches to any complaints just to be sure. You will never hear of a game saying they allow hacks.. and mods are called third party mods .. not hacks.
