If you banned that IP, you are safe to ignore any appearings of that IP on the who's online list - he is banned.

Yes, he did get banned here. But i'm not going to talk about that.

Brian's warnings are for Brian only, and there is no need for me to discuss them with anyone else except staff here and himself.
