By the way may i ask a while ago i can access my forum how come? then now it doesn't WORK
It's crucial to be patient during these times. As Jake said previously, we cannot give an estimate on how much the time frame is. Although we're Support Staff, we still have forums on the SMFNew servers; therefore, we're receiving the same feelings as everyone else is. So, please, again, bare with us. Everything is currently being worked on.

It'll be fixed soon enough. Everyone is eager to get back onto their site, which is totally understandable and reasonable. However, you must bare with us during this time. Rest assured, everything will be fixed soon.

this is supposed to be support center i already wating for 3 days help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From the post I quoted and the official post, it has not been three days. Nevertheless, the difference between your forum and the forum listed above is that, well, this person has either Pro Hosting for SMFNew, or has downloaded SMF directly and, this theme is not downloaded onto SMFNew. If you'd like for it to be downloaded, you'd need to suggest it or purchase Pro Hosting, as said above. Otherwise, you're unable to do what the screen shot says. Reply back letting me know if this has helped. :]

You may have to select permissions for each group to be able to see it.
Modify the block you wish to show, for "Permission Settings," be sure to tick the "One Membergroup" and right above that, click "Select permissions for each group" and ensure all of the membergroups you want to be selected is selected.

I never got an email for the control panel. I've tried everything everyone said to me on the thread I posted about a month ago and nothing worked.
You need to contact Todd K for this. Do you use Yahoo?
Hotmail.
I hate to break it to ya, but Hotmail is not the best email provider out there whatsoever. I'd suggest to switch to Gmail or Yahoo, then reattempt to do the steps again. I do not believe an Administrator can fix the problem, unless he or she is the only person able to change the emails. Nonetheless, change the email to a Gmail or Yahoo email, then attempt to change your forum URL. When you've attempted this, let us know if this has or has not worked for you.

It can get a bit confusing, but I believe Jake is correct in saying it's probably just on maintenance mode. Nevertheless, let us know if you've fixed the issue or otherwise, so we can lock this as solved. Gracias in advance. :]

Uh, question. Which way are you trying to retrieve your password; through http://smfnew.com/manage or your forum site? Just a little statement - your problem isn't not being able to change your member group icons, but it's actually a totally different issue as stated in your post.

Patience is a virtue, my friend. In any and every project, you'll have people who don't like it, and you'll have people who love it. That's just a factor in life everyone has to deal with, because each individual in the real world always has a hater or haters, and each individual always has a lover or lovers.
Again, stay patient with us. We're working to get things fixed. As I can see it now, SMFNew forums are loading quite quickly for me - I don't know about you.

If you do what Trax stated, it'll delete all members that haven't logged in for x amount of days. If you want to keep certain people, but delete others, and they both haven't logged in for x amount of days, then you'll have to manually go through each and every profile to delete them.

You guys do realise it's possible to eat water and drink pizza? Just blend the pizza, and disconnect your water softener. Then you get drinkable pizza and crunchy water.
That sounds.. YUMMMMMYYYY!
Because your mouth is bleeding water. Why do people talk?

Alright, awesome. Follow the below steps, and I'm pretty sure you'll be able to put it into a block. If not, you'll be able to put it into a thread, I know that, assuming you're the admin of your forums: Go to: Admin > Forum > Posts and Topics > Bulletin Board Code > and check "Enable basic HTML in posts"When you go to put it in your block, put the following at the beginning and end of your code:
CODE GOES HERE
As said above, if this doesn't work for the block, this should work for the topic. If you have any more questions, please post below. If this does it for you, let me know! Thank you in advance. Billster
