Support / Editing Threads

Okay, so, I'm unable to edit anything in a board that has "Read Only" as the board type, or whatever. The masking that I'm using on our forums as all of the things checked in the permissions, as well. The only way to edit anything on those boards is if I mask myself with the original "Administrator" masking as a secondary masking. Anyway to fix that? I hope you know what I mean.. if you don't, reply below and I'll try to explain a bit more.

I click the link there, but it just kinda reloads the page. How can we fix this so I can update the forum?

I was wondering, instead of giving moderators to individual people, are you able to give moderators to groups? If so, how?
