Hi,

Just wanted to know how to get the 5 stars under the Avatar, username and that stuff on the left on a post.

MY friend matt says ask here, I already am registered to a forum not on here but his site is EXACTLY the same!

Now this is a thread i posted http://www.virtualflightdeck.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=83

you will see on the left under Active Member
five stars                            *****

How do I get them on easyforumz?

Matt says its possible.

Thanks,
Mike

Good question, please do the following:

Log into your forums admin panel. On the right find "Ranks" under the heading "User Admin". Now this is where it becomes your choice.

The ranks - how much per rank? So lets say you want the following:

0-50 Posts - You get 1 star.
50-100 Posts - You get 2 stars.
100-150 Posts - You get 3 stars.
200-500 posts  - You get 4 stars.
500+ posts - You get 5 stars.

Ok - click "Add new rank" in the rank section as said above.

You will first see "Rank Title:" - What do you want to call this title? For example (Using my example above) 0-50 Posts - You get 1 star. would be called "Newbie"

I would type in newbie..

Now you will see "Set as Special Rank", select no.

"Minimum Posts:" would be the smallest ammount of posts you chosen. So for me it would be 0 then the next rank would be 50 and so on..

Now you see "Rank Image (Relative to phpBB2 root path):"

That's the star bit. Find 5 images - each one having one more star than the last one. So here you want to find a image on one star. Type in the FULL URL here.

Repeat for all ranks :)
