Sorry I have been busy putting all your sites back online. It is also Sunday, my hours are not 24/7...

@Sam

~ Agreed. This hosting service needs at least 3 Administrators.

I don't think having 3, or even two administrators is really necessary. Alex is very skilled at doing his job, and unless he requires assistance, he wouldn't really even need anyone else's help. :)

These kinds of issues rarely happen as it is, so it's not really necessary.

Any other issues that aren't related to payment or server-end, are what we, your friendly neighborhood support team, are here for. ;)

The SMFNew control panel? To log into that, you'd need to click on the link called "Forgot your password?" and go through that process.

Wait, I'm a bit confused. What do you want to do in the SMFNew control panel?

Oh, to purchase Pro Hosting, you wouldn't go into the SMFNew control panel, but rather the Pro Hosting order form: http://pro.smfnew.com/order/cart.php

Hire a new administrator? Guys I am already giving you free hosting, where will I get the money to pay for another administrator? We have 2 great Mods, Jaekob and Jagge who are fantastic at what they do and there is not even close to enough work nor money to warrant another administrator. Unless you guys want to donate to the service where we would need around $1000 - $2000 a month, which isn't going to happen.

You have to remember this is a FREE service, our servers are extremely expensive already, I am sure you can put up with waiting a bit for replies in return for this service.

The reason I am so busy is because I have multiple other companies which help pay for SMFNew to keep it free. They take the majority of my time, and without doing that I would not be able to run SMFNew.
